Ranch Los Alamitos

Here is a picture that was taken at Rancho Los Alamitos. This Rancho is located in Long Beach near the university. It's a real Rancho that dates back to the early 1800's. The first recorded Adobe home in California is located here. This working Ranch had cattle and they have Shire horses ( I think that's how it is spelled). They are big horses (bigger than Clydesdale horses)that were brought from Spain. This picture shows me with Taylor Sonne, and my cousin Kelli holding my brother Ansel.

July 4th, 2006

Today started like most days this summer. Mommy and daddy tried to sleep in a little since it was a holiday, but I was up early to greet the day. I knew that we were going to get together with our neighbors and celebrate our nations birth. The following pictures happened throughout the day as we went swimming in the afternoon, had a bar-b-que dinner in the driveway and watched the fireworks from the front lawn.
